Pochta orqali — 30 kun ichida
Ilovaga kira olmasangiz, Softa.uz hisobingiz bog‘langan pochtadan ooo.core.team@gmail.com manziliga “Hisobni o‘chirish” mavzusida yozing. Apple’ning “Hide My Email” funksiyasidan foydalangan bo‘lsangiz, xatda shu yashirin manzilni ko‘rsating — u Apple ID sozlamalaridagi “Sign in with Apple” bo‘limida ko‘rinadi. Telegram orqali ochilgan hisobga pochta bog‘lanmaydi: uni ilovada yoki softa.uz saytida Profil → Hisobni o‘chirish orqali o‘chiring. Kira olmasangiz, istalgan pochtadan yozing va profilingizdagi ism hamda Telegram’dagi foydalanuvchi nomingizni ko‘rsating. Hisob sizniki ekanini tekshirib, so‘rovni 30 kun ichida bajaramiz.
Oldin yakunlash kerak
Tugallanmagan buyurtma yoki hamyonda mablag‘ bo‘lsa, hisob o‘chirilmaydi — ilova qaysi biri to‘sqinlik qilayotganini aytadi. Avval ularni yakunlang. Pul yechishning eng kam summasi 10 000 so‘m, lekin joriy qoldiq bundan kam bo‘lsa, uni to‘liq yechib olish mumkin: Hamyon → “Pul yechish”, ilova “Hammasini yechish”ni taklif qiladi. Bu tugma ko‘rinmasa, ilovani yangilang. Pul kartangizga o‘tkazilgach, hisobni o‘chirishingiz mumkin.
Nima o‘chiriladi
- ism, pochta, avatar va Google, Apple yoki Telegram hisobingiz bilan bog‘liqlik;
- mutaxassis va tashkilot profillari, portfolio, promo video;
- e’lonlaringizning rasm, video va hujjatlari hamda ulardagi telefon raqamlari;
- chatda yuborgan rasm va fayllaringiz, buyurtmada topshirgan fayllaringiz;
- saqlanganlar (yoqtirgan e’lonlaringiz), bildirishnomalar va siz haqingizda yozilgan sharhlar.
Nima ismsiz qoladi
- yozishmalar matni — suhbatdoshingizda, ismingizsiz;
- yakunlangan yoki bekor qilingan buyurtmalar — ikkinchi tomonda, ismingizsiz;
- siz yozgan sharhlar — mutaxassis sahifasida hammaga ko‘rinib qoladi, ismingizsiz;
- e’lonlaringiz va qoralamalaringiz matni (sarlavha, tavsif, narx) — faqat anonim identifikatorga bog‘langan holda. E’lonlaringiz katalogdan olib tashlanadi va ilovada hech kimga ko‘rinmaydi;
- boshqa texnik yozuvlar (qiziqishlar, shikoyatlar) — faqat anonim identifikatorga bog‘langan holda.
Nima qonun bo‘yicha saqlanadi
Hamyon va to‘lov yozuvlari (summa, sana, holat, tranzaksiya raqami; pul yechishda — kartaning yashirilgan raqami) buxgalteriya va qonun talablari uchun 5 yil saqlanadi.
O‘chirilgan ma’lumotlar zaxira nusxalarda ko‘pi bilan 30 kun qolishi mumkin. Keyin xuddi shu Google, Apple yoki Telegram hisobi bilan kirsangiz, yangi bo‘sh hisob ochiladi — eski ma’lumotlar tiklanmaydi.

Удаление аккаунта
- Откройте приложение Softa.uz или сайт softa.uz и войдите в свой аккаунт.
- Перейдите в раздел Профиль.
- Нажмите Удалить аккаунт и подтвердите.
Аккаунт удаляется в тот же момент.
По почте — в течение 30 дней
Если войти в приложение не получается, напишите с почты, к которой привязан ваш аккаунт Softa.uz, на ooo.core.team@gmail.com с темой «Удалить аккаунт». Если вы пользовались функцией Apple «Скрыть e-mail» (Hide My Email), укажите в письме этот скрытый адрес — он виден в настройках Apple ID, в разделе «Вход с Apple». У аккаунта, открытого через Telegram, нет почты: удалите его в приложении или на сайте softa.uz — Профиль → Удалить аккаунт. Если войти не получается, напишите с любой почты и укажите имя в профиле и имя пользователя в Telegram. Проверив, что аккаунт ваш, мы выполним запрос в течение 30 дней.
Что нужно завершить заранее
Если есть незавершённый заказ или средства в кошельке, аккаунт не удаляется — приложение подскажет, что именно мешает. Сначала завершите это. Минимальная сумма вывода — 10 000 сумов, но остаток меньше этой суммы можно вывести целиком: Кошелёк → «Вывести деньги», приложение предложит «Вывести всё». Если этой кнопки нет, обновите приложение. Когда деньги придут на карту, аккаунт можно удалить.
Что удаляется
- имя, почта, аватар и связь с вашим аккаунтом Google, Apple или Telegram;
- профили специалиста и организации, портфолио, промо-видео;
- фото, видео и документы ваших объявлений и телефоны в них;
- фото и файлы, отправленные вами в чат, и файлы, сданные по заказам;
- сохранённое (объявления, которые вам понравились), уведомления и отзывы о вас.
Что остаётся без имени
- текст переписки — у собеседника, без вашего имени;
- завершённые или отменённые заказы — у второй стороны, без вашего имени;
- написанные вами отзывы — по-прежнему видны всем на странице специалиста, без вашего имени;
- текст ваших объявлений и черновиков (заголовок, описание, цена) — только с привязкой к анонимному идентификатору. Сами объявления снимаются из каталога и в приложении никому не видны;
- прочие технические записи (интерес, жалобы) — только с привязкой к анонимному идентификатору.
Что хранится по закону
Записи кошелька и платежей (сумма, дата, статус, номер транзакции; при выводе — скрытый номер карты) хранятся 5 лет для бухгалтерского учёта и требований закона.
Удалённые данные могут оставаться в резервных копиях не дольше 30 дней. Если потом снова войти тем же аккаунтом Google, Apple или Telegram, откроется новый пустой аккаунт — старые данные не восстанавливаются.

Delete your account
- Open the Softa.uz app or the softa.uz website and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted right away.
By email — within 30 days
If you cannot sign in to the app, email ooo.core.team@gmail.com from the address linked to your Softa.uz account, with the subject “Delete account”. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, include that relay address in your message — you can find it in your Apple ID settings under Sign in with Apple. An account opened with Telegram has no email: delete it in the app or on the softa.uz website — Profile → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, write from any address and give the name on your profile and your Telegram username. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we complete the request within 30 days.
What must be finished first
An account cannot be deleted while an order is unfinished or the wallet holds money — the app tells you which one is in the way. Finish those first. The minimum withdrawal is 10,000 so‘m, but a balance below that can be withdrawn in full: Wallet → Withdraw, where the app offers “Withdraw all”. If you do not see it, update the app. Once the money is paid to your card, you can delete the account.
What is deleted
- your name, email, avatar and the link to your Google, Apple or Telegram account;
- specialist and organisation profiles, portfolio, promo video;
- the photos, videos and documents of your listings and the phone numbers on them;
- photos and files you sent in chat, and files you delivered for orders;
- saved items (the listings you liked), notifications and reviews written about you.
What is kept without your name
- the text of your conversations — with the other person, without your name;
- completed or cancelled orders — with the other party, without your name;
- reviews you wrote — still shown publicly on the specialist’s page, without your name;
- the text of your listings and drafts (title, description, price) — linked only to an anonymous identifier. The listings themselves are taken out of the catalogue and shown to no one in the app;
- other technical records (interest, reports) — linked only to an anonymous identifier.
What the law requires us to keep
Wallet and payment records (amount, date, status, transaction reference; for a withdrawal, the masked card number) are kept for 5 years for accounting and legal requirements.
Deleted information may remain in backups for up to 30 days. If you later sign in with the same Google, Apple or Telegram account, a new empty account is created — the old data is not restored.
